Quick friendly service, clean waiting area

Recently I had a major malfunction with my personal Toyota in which the incident happened infront of a local garage. The garage did a diagnostic test where they communicated that it was the ECM computer system as all the codes were appearing. From that garage I had my car towed to Palmiero Toyota. From day 1 at Palmiero they checked it in, sent images and communicated their plan was the appointment was made. Jeffrey Moser Jr. was listed as the technician who handled the documents and reports on my car while in their care- I sincerely appreciated the diligence and consistent updates as they ran their own diagnostics on my vehicle. I’m happy to say that in little to no time they were able to problem solve quickly and I was able to retrieve my vehicle back in under a day! Thank you so very much for your service!! April in the service department is wonderful. The service manager Jeff is also great. I was frustrated with a service outcome and Jeff came and spoke to me in a polite and respectful way, heard my concerns, and went out of his way to take care of me. I've always liked doing business with them but because of that interaction I'll go nowhere else.

Lance is the Best sales person we have ever worked with. We will not buy another vehicle from anyone else. The Service Dept is very good as well. We live in Pittsburgh and make the 2 hour trip to bring our vehicles to them 5 stars across the board

Just preferred the other model that was available. Did get a prompt call from Palmiero (I think Ryan) Saturday morning after my online inquiry Friday evening
