I went in for a inspection and oil change.Highlander was less than a year old,low mileage but needed inspection. The inspection and oil change was completed quickly, but who ever put the inspection sticker on the window didn't wear gloves and had dirty or greasy hands. The cloth on the window post was dirtied ,they cleaned it very quickly and I was very pleased with their promptness. I really like the highlander,and their service

I had a pretty serious issue with my new 2024 Camry Hybrid. That in itself is very unusual for a Toyota. We just happened to break down near Palmiero Toyota, and with just a few calls, we had the vehicle towed in, scheduled for warranty service, and had a loaner all set up. The process was pain free from start to finish. We got the car back sooner than anticipated, and it’s running great. The staff there were super helpful and friendly.
