Recently I had a major malfunction with my personal Toyota in which the incident happened infront of a local garage. The garage did a diagnostic test where they communicated that it was the ECM computer system as all the codes were appearing. From that garage I had my car towed to Palmiero Toyota. April in the service department is wonderful. The service manager Jeff is also great. I was frustrated with a service outcome and Jeff came and spoke to me in a polite and respectful way, heard my concerns, and went out of his way to take care of me. I've always liked doing business with them but because of that interaction I'll go nowhere else.
Lance is the Best sales person we have ever worked with. We will not buy another vehicle from anyone else. The Service Dept is very good as well. We live in Pittsburgh and make the 2 hour trip to bring our vehicles to them 5 stars across the board

Lance has made the buying experience an enjoyable and easy. The engagement before, during and after the sale is what separates them from the others. Dan was great! He is honest and deals with integrity. Those are not attributes that I assign to very many people let alone car salesman. I would highly recommend working with him.
I've never had issues with quality of service, however on this particular day I selected the earliest time available on the website which indicated it would be a "drop-off" due to the fact the location was not fully open yet.
What the website fails to mention is that they do not work on your vehicle at the dropped off time but will "fit it in" before close of business and contact you upon completion.

My mom and dad purchased a Toyota from Jim and raved about how helpful he was, I knew I had to work with him! I live in the Pittsburgh area but other dealers were extremely pushy and did not listen to my concerns, unlike Jim who answered every question I had and advised me in the right direction without being pushy. He was extremely courteous as well as timely in responding to my emails! Very much worth the drive from the Pittsburgh area to work with this dealer. I appreciate them a lot.
I took my car in for some recall repairs. The staff was incredibly helpful and kind. There was a delay in services because a part needed ordered, but they keep in contact with me as they found things out and answered any questions I had.
I gave my 24 Tundra TRD Pro, a 3 inch lift. During this extensive work, I caused an electrical problem that I was unwilling to tackle When I got the truck back on the road, I took it to Palmiero Toyota And asked if I could speak to a technician. They let me speak to Mike who is their Longest employed top ranked technician. I have only really dealt with service and parts, but always had a good experience in dealing with them.
Palmiero is a top notch dealership. That being said their service department isn’t the friendliest, Call me old school but dealerships are expensive they should be warm and welcoming that ppl still want to spend their money there. No real issue just my opinion. Would recommend

Had a great experience at Palmiero Toyota. My Highlander needed a replacement transmission. Palmiero Toyota dealt with the warranty company and did all the work with little to no effort on my part. There was great communication and got the job done quickly.

As always, the service appointment was professional and efficient. The staff were friendly and helpful. Palmiero is a 1-1/2 hour drive from our home and there are several Toyota dealers closer, but we think the quality of the service is worth the drive.

They were able to give me a loaner car for the day. I forgot that I had not gotten my inspection and they went ahead and scheduled that in along with my 30,000 mile check up. I was very happy.
